Here at JungleGym our focus is to train YOU for YOUR life, with our method of functional fitness.
What is "functional fitness"? At the most basic level, "functional fitness" refers to a philosophy of training for the wide range of motion and movement that exists in your life, not just one single sport or activity. Our exercises challenge your balance, flexibility, and coordination while simultaneously improving your strength and range of motion. We also work on different planes and elevations, because movement in the real world takes place in many positions: running, jumping, climbing, crawling...
We believe that our bodies were created to do amazing things, and we intend on helping you build your body to do whatever you have always dreamed of doing! Fighting in a ring: ok! JUNGLEGYM GROUP CLASS
A 60-minute group class with a different workout written every single day - we rarely ever do the same workouts within the month! Each workout is specially designed to fit YOUR fitness goals: pick between "stability", " strength", and "power" levels to find new ways to challenge yourself every day! All fitness levels are welcome. Ages 13+.
